Dave Mustaine diagnosed with throat cancer and is undergoing treatment. Hopefully he recovers as well as Bruce Dickinson and Ricki Rocket with this.

Yeah that totally sucks heard that a week or so ago, hope he makes a full recovery but from what I've read over the years he's lived a much less clean lifestyle than Dickinson did so I hope he can muster up the same success in beating it.

Not bad, pretty cool. Glad to see Dave looking healthy and playing again. Probably take him a few shows to get settled back in.

Cool man. How was the show? what was the set list? How big of a venue did they play there? I can't remember the last time I saw them, but it's been some years. If they hit the US this year I might have to try and make a show.

It was awesome. Dave still struggles with the high notes, but his regular singing actually sounded good last night. They were better than when they opened for Priest 1½ year ago in the same venue :)
The Royal Arena can hold about 15.000 people, and it was nearly sold out.

Cool. Glad you enjoyed the show. Yeah his upper range has slowed noticeably but he still seems to put on a good show. Sounds like a good sized crowd and sold well. Eleven song set though damn?
Nice to see Dawn Patrol and Mechanix in there though.

They were the 2nd opening act for Five Finger Death Punch. Played about 50 minutes :)
